* Hot air balloon prices in Cappadocia vary based on demand. On days when demand is high, prices can rise to 300-350 euros, while on days when demand is low, prices can drop to 100 euros. If you wish to join the balloon excursion through our agency, we can pre-reserve the balloon and guarantee your place. A few days before the balloon day, we can inform you of the exact price of the ride. This way we can give you the best price. You can make the full payment on the day of the balloon excursion.
Day 3 [B/L/-] Cappadocia 🚌 Pamukkale
- After breakfast, pick-up at the hotel and departure for the Green Tour in Cappadocia

1- Are the round-trip flights from Istanbul included in the price?
Yes, this package includes the domestic round-trip flight tickets (Istanbul to Cappadocia and Izmir to Istanbul).
2- What type of hotel is the accommodation in Cappadocia? Is it a cave hotel?
The price includes one night of accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis in an authentic “Cave Hotel” or in a boutique hotel with stone rooms, in line with the unique texture of Cappadocia.
3- Is the famous hot air balloon flight included in the price?
No, the balloon flight is an optional (extra) activity and is not included in the tour price. However, since it is an essential experience in Cappadocia, we highly recommend it; we can help you reserve your spot for the morning of the second day.
4- In what language is the guide service during the tour?
During all visits in Cappadocia, you will be accompanied by a professional guide, officially licensed and an expert in the region, who speaks English fluently.
5- Are entrance fees to museums and historical sites included?
The package price includes entrance fees to the museums and historical sites on the itinerary. However, Cleopatra’s Pool in Pamukkale and the Terrace Houses in Ephesus are optional. You will have enough time to visit them if you wish, but the entrance fee is paid separately, directly at the site.
6- Which meals are included in the program and which are not?
The price includes 4 lunches (in local restaurants during the visits) and 4 breakfasts at the hotel. Dinners and drinks consumed during lunches are extras and are the responsibility of the guests.
7- How are airport transfers organized?
Our service is “door-to-door”. We will pick you up at your hotel in Istanbul to take you to the airport and, when you land in Cappadocia, our vehicle will be waiting for you. At the end of the tour, we will drop you off back at your hotel in Istanbul. All these transfers are included in the price.
8- How is the payment made?
To confirm your reservation, an initial payment of between 10% and 20% of the total amount is required. After booking, we will send you a secure link to make the payment. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival. We accept payments with Maestro, debit card, Visa, and MasterCard. We use the 3D Secure payment system; you will pay by clicking on the link we send you with total security. We do not have access to your card information at any time.
9- What happens after making the payment?
Once the payment is made, our sales representative will send you the detailed itinerary, flight tickets, and all necessary information within 48 hours. 24 hours before the flight, we will send you your boarding passes via WhatsApp or email. You do not need to print the boarding passes; you can use them directly on your mobile.
10- How far in advance should I book this 5-day Turkey tour?
We strongly recommend booking as soon as possible. Since the package includes flight tickets and very popular cave hotels with limited capacity, early booking guarantees your spot and allows us to find better flight schedules.
11- Is it not possible to go from Cappadocia to Pamukkale by plane?
There are no direct flights between Cappadocia and Pamukkale. However, there are direct flights to Izmir 3 or 4 days a week. Depending on your travel dates, we can modify the package to substitute the bus with a plane, which would involve adding an extra night of accommodation.
12- How many people make up the group?
It is a boutique (small) group of maximum 10 people. Although in very exceptional cases the number may increase slightly, we organize it so that it does not affect the quality of your travel experience at all.
13- What is the baggage allowance on domestic flights?
You have 15 kg of checked baggage (in the hold) and 8 kg of hand baggage (cabin) included, plus a personal item.
14- Which airlines do you use?
Domestic flights are operated by Turkish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines, or Ajet.
15- What should we bring and how should we dress for the trip to Cappadocia?
Due to the continental climate and natural structure of Cappadocia, we suggest preparing your suitcase according to the season:
- In Winter (December-March): The weather is quite harsh and cold. It is essential to wear thermal underwear, a hat, gloves, and non-slip waterproof boots, especially for morning activities (like the balloon). We recommend dressing in “layers” to stay warm.
- In Summer (June-August): The weather is hot and dry. You should wear breathable cotton/linen clothes, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
- Important Note: Whatever the season, for walking comfortably through the valleys, always choose sneakers or comfortable walking shoes instead of high heels.
16- What is the difficulty level of the tour?
In general, this tour has an “Easy-Medium” difficulty level. The program does not include intense trekking; you arrive by vehicle at the entrance of the points to visit and take short walks there.
NOTES TO KEEP IN MIND
- All transportation and transfers are in luxury A/C vehicles.
- Regarding the language, remember that English-speaking guides are only present during the sightseeing tours. Transfer drivers usually speak only basic English and there will be no English assistance at the airports.
- We reserve the right to change hotels without prior notice.
- For your convenience, you do not need to print any voucher. All services (hotels, transfers, and tours) are coordinated internally by us; your digital itinerary and identity documents are sufficient.
